Maura was 16 years old when she died by suicide. She was a good student with dreams of becoming a dentist. She was an amazing soccer player, and loved playing the clarinet in the marching band.
She had so many friends!

Maura had a great sense of humor and the best laugh. Maura is an example of why we should check on the strong ones, often their smile is hiding a lot of pain. We hope that everything we do to honor Maura increases awareness and makes discussing mental health the norm!
